|01 The  "Seine"  between two railway stations

​

           With the present urban project of "Grand Paris" and the re-value of banks established by Bertrand Delanoë (Mayor's Paris), I also want to share my approach of the Seine and its banks, of the observation and urban analysis made on the site. For sure, at the first sight, here it's about a common site of transition (site is between Austerlitz railway station and Lyon railway station) between different flows which is crossed by a large number of users. But, at the scale of the city, this sector in transformation is becoming a crossing point increasingly visited, between the center of Paris and its suburbs (welcoming new transformations).

     Learning from Indian Cities: This workshop in India was the opportunity to see the observation and urban analysis of an Indian suburb through new eyes. The current urban problematics linked to density (urban, demographic...) to whom we are exposed in France, become reality and evolve very quickly in India. 

Project of Clichy Batignolles |04  Mixed Block

         Directed by Xavier Gonzalez and Gaétan Le Penhuel (Both are architects), the program of the project, placed at the center of the Martin Luther King Parc from the Clichy Batignolles project (Paris 17th), is quickly dealing with density. How can we live into density? How can we tackled it? How can we proved, in this small plot, that it's possible to combine density and quality of live? The difficulty on this project has been to offer, for each flat, a pleasant and direct view either toward the parc and/or toward the street.
